The Instant Ash module is designed to suit any muffle furnace and will greatly reduce your analysis time. It is designed to automate the rapid ash procedure. There will be a small modification required to your furnace to receive the gas inlet manifold and the chimney damper valve.

This module allows your furnace to be used as a standard ash muffle furnace or a rapid ash furnace.

The unit is fitted with a microprocessor allowing the operator to set the operating parameters of the module. This module is adjustable for different types of coal. To gain the best and most accurate results, the furnace should hold 3 duplicates (6 samples).
